CIC Credit Monitor Service ripoff Unbelievable Charges with no order at all I never heard of them Laguna Niguel California

I am aghast at what I think is unbelievable!! I opened my Visa bill today to find a charge for $79.95 for CIC Credit Monitor Services. I ahve never heard of this company!! I have now.

I called to find out what this charge is for (877-513-4175) I spoke to Martina operator #62454. Who asked me more than four times for my SS# and MY credit card number, which I did not give to her. She asked for personal information and said that I gave her the worng information. I gave her incorrectg information!! For heavens sake! I know my own information and then she said that she could not refund the charges, but that i would have to fax the information to her along with, you guessed it my SS#. & request a cancellation in writing. Of course since I never ordered anything i did not cancell it.

I will report this to the FCC, FTC & The FBI.

I now se that many people have been billed for no services. This is total robbery!!!!
I feel very angry.

Don't get caught up in this if you can help it. I don't know how this happened but I see from other complaints that people signed up for a free credit report. I did not!
