I was looking at my credit card bill last week and saw a charge from September 17th. I wasn't really sure what it was and had forgotten about it until now. I had made the payment earlier in September so I had not checked back until now.
So trying to figure this charge out,I look CIC up online and found this website and everyone else's complaints. I remember signing up for a credit report,but it was a FREE credit report. So now I'm out $80 and I'm over my limit on my credit card.
I'm calling CIC tomorrow to ask for a refund,and then I'm calling my credit card company to cancel the card. I didn't ever imagine this happening, but hopefully something happens to this company.
