Reading some other reports about this company, I see there that there is no such thing as a "FREE TRIAL". I had the exact same experience as the others.
Sign up, received NO info about my credit report, e-mailed a cancellation notice, 30 days later a charge for $79.95 on my credit card, called to request a refund, get hung-up on, get the sales pitch, finally get a promise for partial refund that never happens, promise of a confirmation via e-mail that never happens.
We have been swindled and it is illegal, but what can I do when I work all day to make $80. These people should think about moving to the Middle East where the rest of the terrorists live!! Maybe they're more sneaky than we know!

In Georgia, you may provide information on consumer fraud issues to the Govenor's office of consumer affairs: http://www2.state.ga.us/GaOCA/pdfs/complaint.pdf .
While the state of Georgia will not represent you personally, their involvement can only help the situation. They may intervene to resolve issues here.
