Cingular - AT&T Rip offs Slammers WORLDWIDE Nationwide

First things first. They did not rip me off personally but I worked for this company. They told us to add things in and sneak them in our read backs of the contract. When they quote you a price it is never for just the phone. It is also for some stupid a*s accessory that you do not need or want. I understand some people may want it but when the phone is for a 12 year old, what use do they really have with a car charger?!? Beware of these people. They charge for everything. I personally witnessed people adding things to customers accounts and not even tell them.

When you call in to order a phone over the phone, people are trained to make you feel comfortable so they can screw you by getting you to purchase something(s) you do not need. For instance if you wanted the free phone for the simplest uses, customer care was made to talk you into to the top of the line phone. Come on if the phone you are getting is going to sit in your glove compartment, what good is a mp3 player and camera on it?

Read your bills carefully.

I personally have tmobile and have never been happier with a cell phone company. My bills are mad cheap and I also have 1000 anytime minutes with free nights and weekends for $39.99. AT&T is 450 with 5000 night and weekends for $39.99.


STAY AWAY FROM AT&T UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND BEING SCREWED (AND I DON'T MEAN THE GOOD KIND OF SCREWED)
