I conducted a preliminary record search and was told they told they had the records I was searching for. The records had been found based on my search criteria; after paying their service fee and continuing the same search, they then claimed not to have the records. Each free link provided to gather information to obtain records (such as mailing instructions to obtain records) is invalid or expired. I do have their click bank information that you may call their bank to (hopefully) have your money refunded: CLK Bank. 1-800-390-6035. Do not use this service - there are other credited services available on line.
