CIT Lease Finance Group dishonest leasing terms time for CLASS ACTION SUIT ripoff Chicago Illinois

We currently have about 250 business owners who have been caught in the excessive leasing charges by CIT Lease Finance Group & the Independent Reps from Companies like MSI who have fraudulently presented information about leasing.

Here is what we are talking about. For example, the fair market value of a NURIT 2085 Card Payment Terminal is $300 or less. (This price has been confirmed by 4 different dealers selling the machine) Most leasing contracts signed with CIT are for 48 months at about $60/month. which is about $3000. Soo that is about a "200%" APR.. and you thought credit card interest was high!!!!!

If you have been mislead by any Independent Rep who said you can pay month to month OR were not told that this was a non cancelble lease, please let us know.
