Citi Financial Auto hung up, rude and calling anytime of the day, night, and what to take my vehicle ripoff Columbus Ohio

I have had this company for almost 2 year's and have never been as more then 10 day's they start calling the day after the payment is due which is mid month ,i am disabled and on a fixed income , my wife lost her job and i tried to explain that to them, but to them "TOO BAD" said the person pay or lose your RIDE". I have a house that is owed $180,000 and the morgage company doesn't bother me like this company.HELP please let me know what we can do to this company, the phone call's are driving me to death.
