Citi Financial Auto personal information given out Coppell Texas

My husband and I took out a loan for Citi Financial Auto Last year for an SUV. This year with the price of gas we decided to trade it in, due to a new baby. For a week I did not have access to my cell phone, and it and our old number was still on the account. On Tuesday of last week we took the Suv to a local dealer to trade it in for a fuel efficient vehicle but were told to come back on Saturday of the following week because they had deal savers and rebates going on for a customer appreciation. Well the car Company called about our payment that was due. After not reaching us on the old number, they called my place of work. Being a Supervisor, I asked them to not to call my job but they could reach me on my cell phone, and updated our account, with the new number. After getting my cell phone back from being repaired I noticed that there were messages from my mom on the phone. It turned out that the Agent had called my aunts home and told her that she was trying to contact me for a payment, When my aunt explained to her we lived in different states, she became rude and asked my aunt was she my mother, and when my aunt said no, she asked her for my mothers contact information?????? I don't know how they had my aunts contact information, or why they would call and request information that was not originally provided to them. I thought they could not give your information out over the phone????? Needless to say, I am so glad that it will be traded in on Saturday, so i do not have to worry about it anymore.
