Citi Financial Auto 15 months of interest vanished when refinancing thru citi financial auto. I should owe after three yers of payments approximately 12-13,000 Coppell Texas

I received a refinance offer from Citi Finance Auto about 15 months after the purchase of my car, 2005 Pontiac Gran Prix, when I went to purchase another car from the same dealer who sold me my Pontiac, they found out that the interest I had paid prior to refinancing had just vanished. Instead of owing about 12-13,000 dollars, the 17,000 plus did not include interest, it was the full price of the car.

In short, I got screwed and didn't even get kissed. Please advise everyone that Citi Financial Auto are cheats and swindlers. I will now have to pay this loan in full before I can purchase a new or newer car. I am 72 yrs old, and I really don't plan on exiting this world very soon but it would serve them right to have to get the car back in their selfish, swindling laps. If there is anyone who can help please let me know.
