After fighting a long 3 year war with Citi Financial Auto, we have finally gotten rid of them by refinancing our truck through another company. I cannot even begin to describe the hatred my husband and i have for this company.
because i am so exhausted from fighting with them for so long, i don't even have the energy to get into detail about why we hate them so much. but i will tell you that even after we got rid of them, even after we got the truck refinanced and paid off in full, they still found a way to screw us!
our credit report now reflects a "LATE PAYMENT" statement that is not true. and we cant even call them to resolve this issue because the customer service reps are instructed to hang up on us when we call. they refuse to take our calls. and the management never seems to be available for comment.
