CitiFinancial is a total ripoff.They pretend to help you just to get a sale.I had to go to another state cause disabled son had auto accident with his children.He was in critical condition not sure is he would live or die. Stayed in comma for over 6 months, had liver and kidney failure and both grand children were taken my social services cause wife could not handle situation. I needed cash fast and had to use money from house payments cause I am a single parent.

I trusted them to take care of my problems and help me. Instead, I got low mortgage payments with no insurance and no taxes added into payments. They did not tell me this and I signed papers thinking they were doing what was best for me at the time. Now I owe over $7,000 in taxes and can not afford insurance.

I confronted them in reference to taxes and insurance not being including and all they could say was you signed the papers. I tried to get it refinanced and learned that the two ladies, one who was the supervisor name Sarah and the worker Shawna both talked bad about me to the company I was trying to get refinanced through.
 
The company has now changed it's name 3 weeks after all this has happened and relocated the two women to another city.I have heard they did this to several families, gaining their trust, refinancing their homes and even giving them other loans using their cars as colateral knowing they were on the borderline of not being able to pay or just not giving them all information such as interest rates and/or letting them know they have to pay their taxies separately.

Had they been honest I could have paid the taxes monthly so it would not get behind. Now I have to figure something out so I won't loose the house that I live in with my two grand children that I ended up adopting.
