Citimortgage Ripoff took 2 mortgage payments out of ez pay, and paid another persons mortgage with it Dallas Texas

these idiots took 2320.46 xtra out of my account and put it towards someone elses mortgage, leaving me 2155.00 in the hole, aquiring 110.00 in late fees. they are trying to fix it. but it has taken 3 separate phone calls, lots of distress, and they STILL PUT BACK THE WRONG AMOUNT!!!!!!! they short me 427.00 and i called them again, they say they are fixing it.., and they will credit my acount for the late fee's as well,, my mortgage was sold from someone else to this company, i have a 3 year penalty, but as soon as its up.. im outta this company, they are crooks,frauds, and very deceptive. although a couple people there have been very helpful to me, i never got an explaination as to WHY.. THEY PAID SOMEONE ELSE'S MORTGAGE WITH MONEY I DIDNT HAVE IN MY ACOUNT!!!!!!!!
