Citimortgage Bill Beckman, THREE ATTEMPTS TO BE ACCEPTED IN A LOAN MODIFICATION PROGRAM... COMPUTER PHONE CALLS DAILY,COMPUTER LETTERS ABOUT BEING IN DEFAULT & STILL IN REVIEW O'FALLON, Missouri

I applied for a loan modification program in October,2009 and submitted the requirred pay work.  Citimortage reduced my monthly mortgage payments when I applied for a loan modification program.  In February of 2010, Citimortgage informed me the company is overwhelmed with applications, and it never reviewed my application.  Therefore, I must submit additional paper work which I did immediately. On May 25, 2010, I was informed that I was denied because I submitted two current pay stubs which is what Citimortgage requirred in February, 2010.  So customer service told me this is not a reason to be denied, and customer service said they made a mistake. Then, on June 18, 2010, my application was re-established for a loan modification because of their error! The process will take 30-45 days.  Once again, I was instructed to continue to pay at the reduced amount I have been paying since October 2009. Next, I make my August 2010 payment with a check on July 25, 2010 and I keep calling my bank as well as Citimortgage why is it not cashed. 

Citimortgage said it was received on 8-2-10 and don't worry.  On 8-10-10, I was informed Citimortgage can not find it.  Now, I give them my routing number to my checking account and I have to pay 30.00 for stop payment on a check they lost!  Then, they find the check and resubmit it a month later.  It does not go through because of the stop payment.  Now, I receive phone calls and letters DAILY with how much I owe.  8/11/10 it is 12,657.48 & 8/27/10 it is 10,729.42 owed or foreclosure. I have asked for a past history of my payments and they said it was sent 8-23-10 which I have never received.  So on 9-3-10, I requested to receive a past history of my payments again. Lastly, on 8/19/10, I received a four page letter from Citimortgage that I was denied for the HAMP modification program.  I immediately call Citimortgage about this letter and they have NO RECORD OF THIS LETTER!!!!  Customer service said it is a mistake and they have seen this happen.  I was instructed to disregard this letter.  All of these events, and facts concerning my loan with Citimortgage is relentless and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
