Clearpoint Direct ripoff company, takes forever to ship items, cannot check status online Champlain New York

My mother ordered some diabetic socks from this company's website. It has been WEEKS and she still has not received them. She asked me to contact them to check the status. I emailed them and never got a response. She asked me to contact them to cancel the order, then I got a reply from them stating the following:

Unfortunately it is too late to cancel the order. It is currently in the warehouse preparing to ship.
I apologize for any inconveniences.

Of course, I replied, "It hasnt shipped YET? Then WHY is it too late to cancel? This is NO way to do business." I havent heard another word. My next step is reporting this company to the BBB. I definitely would NOT recommend purchasing anything from these people. They take FOREVER to ship something. If it were on "backorder", they do not email or call you to let you know this. There is no way to check the status of your order on their site. It's ridiculous. Dont buy from them!
