ClearPoint Direct Took my money...no delivery Charmplain, New York

I should have known better...but I kept seeing their ad for comfort bras in a local Sunday paper. I sent a check because there was no place on the order blank for a credit card number and because it was such a small amount-$13.93 with shipping. I mailed this order on July 26, 2010. I called several times before I ever got anyone on the phone as my check cleared in about 2 weeks and I got NOTHING from them. The lady I talked to said the bras were mailed on Aug 27, 2010 but that, sometimes, the US postal systems held up delivery! Then it dawned on me...this place is in Canada and the dimwits are taking advantage of the "ugly Americans!" I have sent several emails and, instead of answering with an email, they send me a connection to their website. Of course, I have learned my lesson....I hope!
