Cohen & Slamowitz Harassed and lied to by Cohen & Slamowitz over and over and over again ripoff Woodbury New York

The scumbags at Cohen & Slamowitz have been harassing my dad for over a year now. My dad is never late on any of his bills. Nevertheless, that did not stop the thieves at Cohen & Slamowitz from victimizing my dad. Cohen & Slamowitz started harassing my dad about a year ago. Some lowlife from the firm left messages on my dad's voicemail asking him to call the firm back.

My dad called the firm back and found out that the firm was accusing him of owing money to its client. My dad denied owing any money. Cohen & Slamowitz then asked my dad to disclose the last 4 digits of his Social Security number for verification purposes.

During the first few phone conversations with Cohen & Slamowitz, my dad refused to disclose his Social Security number but as the phone calls persisted, my dad complied with their request and disclosed the last 4 digits of his Social Security number. Every single firm employee to whom my dad disclosed the last 4 digits of his Social Security number confirmed that my dad was not the debtor. My dad was also told that the phone calls would stop. Well, the phone calls never stopped.

In fact, Cohen & Slamowitz ended up suing my dad. The name of the defendant on the summons and complaint was not even my dad's name. It was a name similar to my dad's name. In order to deal with this lawsuit, my dad missed work on 2 days to attend court hearings. My dad told the judge that he is not behind on any of his financial obligations. My dad also showed the judge a copy of his credit report which indicates that he is current on every financial obligation.

The judge ordered Cohen & Slamowitz to discontinue the case. The scoundrels at Cohen & Slamowitz never discontinued the lawsuit. Instead, they sent my dad a letter that accuses him of being indebted to another Cohen & Slamowitz client.

Cohen & Slamowitz are low lives. They are bottom feeders. They are dirt bags. Lying, cheating and stealing are the ways in which they do business. If you are being harassed by these scumbags, please submit written complaints to:
