I paid for cancer insurance from combined insurance mike Kats the insurance salesman told me if I got cancer that day I was covered. I had a mammogram and biopsy the biopsy showed I had DCIS which Combined says is not cancer 

I opted to have a bilateral masectomy after the surgery about 3weeks later they found that I had cancer 

none of this was known before the surgery now they refuse to pay the claim

i have Drs oncologists etc that claim it wasn't preexisting I need help they owe me about $50000

its hard enough to get cancer but to think your covered and refused in unlawful.
