#3 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Here come the chanters trying to CYA!!!!!

AUTHOR: weyt111 - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, February 05, 2014

Ok so here is another one of 105 complaints stating this company didn't pay out on a policy. No kidding!!!! Go on the internet and see how many other lawsuits have been filed against Combined for this fraudulent practice. Probably was sold to you knowing full well they wouldn't pay because of a pre exsisting condition. This is what they don't want you to know and pray that that the person they are selling the policy too is too ignorant to actually read before they sign it. This is why you will normally find Combined chanters in trailer parks and really bad neighborhoods. Not because these are the people who need the insurance (by the way they do) but because they hope this is where all the stupid people are and therefore have a better chance of selling crappy policies. I really hope you win your lawsuit if you have filed one. By the way don't listen to the chanters here. The reason they are rebutting you is because anyone with half a brain in their head is Googling this company (by the way they still haven't heard of computers in this company which is why their chanters cary around price books..really???) That is the people who are looking to buy a policy and anyone contacted by them to actually work there. Sorry Chanters, busted again.

#2 UPDATE Employee

your "Claim" that has yet to be paid.

First I would like to state that "if" in fact you have a valid claim, we will pay.  I offer this policy all day everyday and get people paid on valid claims!  We have a 12 month exclusion on pre-existing conditions.  All of my accident claims get paid within 3-5 business days.  However, if you have a claim for a sickness and you have a policy that coveres a sickness and you have a  claim that are filing before you have had the policy for one year... it will be "looked into" by the company.  We are doing our due diligence and have that right.  Before you go ripping my company to shreds call your agent!!  Thats what we are here for.  We offered the policy to you, we are to file the claims for you and follow up.  I personally handle all of my customers claims and highly advise them not to take it upon themselves as it will take longer for the claim to get paid.

Best of luck to you!!

Have you read your WRITTEN policy?

What reason(s) do they give for the "delay" in paying"  You have asked, right?

IF they ARE violating the terms of the actual WRITTEN policy, immediately notify your states insurance commission of this.

Or you could just embarass yourself by doing so without knowing the actual terms.

Many policies have provisions that are based on any other insurances you recceive benefits from.

Perhaps you have been Ripped off, but you need to know your policy's provisions and your rights.
