This company Commonwealth Collection or Commonwealth Fiancial Systems has been sued many time..and now I am getting ready to sue them...had the wrong lady and the guy on the phone called me a stupid b***h....kiss my a*s...and said i was a lair....they were abusive, deceptive and had the wrong lady. no letters were ever sent to me giving me 30 days to challenge this....and they were given this info from Citi Bank...they are to blame as much as Commonwealth..but when i called Citi they gave me a song and dance story.....reported this to the Attorney General of WVA but they did zip...so I am going to court with both companies...they cannot do this to people and get away with this
