COMPASS BANK SCAM... Birmingham Alabama

they are charging me $38.00 fee for 6 days that the account is OD. Is this legal? I mean the account isnt being used for anything at all, no checks have been written, no money withdrawn.

I called left name and number, no one called back. They are just waiting for anothe day to charge me more money. My wife lost her job, I am the only one working (Thanks God) 3 kids and these people have no decency to at least call back and try to talk.

Avoid this bank at all cost, or it will cost you a lot. To me they are just the commom &*%$@#ve that try to rob you.
