Computer Finance Late fee rip-off Atlanta Georgia

I purchased a computer from Gateway computer company. After the 2nd month of payment on the computer i received a late payment statement. I checked it out and it turned out they sold my account to Computer Finance, LLC without the bother of teling me. I corrected the problem by getting the correct address and information.

Every month after that it was the same deal more late fees even tho I paid my payments 1'2 month early and still I got charged 25.00 late fee. The to top it all off when i finally did get enough money to pay them off so they would be out my hair they call me on the phone to ask me if i sent my payment in I said yes and told them the amount that I had paid.

I was told that I had over paid and the they owed me a little over 91.00 and that he wanted me to fax someone reguardeing this matter. The I get a letter in the mail saying that I still owe them 365.00 and this is not true. They owe me money for over payment and boguss late fees that I paid every month.
