Computer Finance LLC ripoff, slow payment processing, RUDE customer service slow prossessing Charlotte North Carolina

Everyone that works for this company is a bunch of jerks and scam artists. I've recently come into a little but of money and I am paying them off THIS week so I NEVER have to deal with them again! I will NEVER buy or recomment another Gateway computer either.

My payments always get to them on time (and I have proof through my online bill paying service) yet they always try to charge me a late fee and begin the rude calls one day after payment is/was due. I explain that thet payment was sent and they took the money out of my bank account yet they still insist I never paid them. I have to get my online bill service to call them on a monthly basis to get things settled.

Last month the SAME thing happened and they started calling us again. My bill service sent them proof that the bill was paid and they stopped harassing me. Today I receive a letter from them which states that I "failed to pay as promised" and now the entire amount is due or they will send my account to collections. I have NEVER been late paying them and I always pay as promised. I will have to call them AGAIN today when they open up and argue with their jerky customer service people and TRY to get this settled.

Warning: Don't EVER do business with this company or buy a gateway computer!!!!!
