Convergent Outsourcing, Inc claim I owe $1,320.69 to AT&T Wireless, called AT&T never had acctin-stor e or archive Dept Renton Washington

Received letter on 7/15/15 statingng a final bill for the amt of 1,320,69 for an AT&T wireless bill. Gave me 3 options to pay to choose. Wrote letter to them requesting to remove me never had an AT&T wilreless phone. Now mothns later i get my 3 credit reports and they have placed this account on my credit reports. Contacted AT&T they informed me my name has never been in their database. To be absolutely sure they gave me# to their Archive dept for old bills. They also informed never had celllar service with them. Now i read all the scams on the website and the phone # Sounds like an African person answered and i hung up. Now i disputed it on my credit reports. My question is where did they get my personal information to create an obviously a phony bill and mail it to my house and was able to place it on my credit report. I am in the process of moving and because of this. My home purchase is on hold to til this is all cleared up.

Plse advise what else i can do. I would like them to be prosecuted to extent of the law.

totally Angry, especially with my home buyer purchase. they shoulldnt been allowed to place scam bills on my credit report. The letter i received from them does not even look legit.

Have and will not pay for it never had AT & T Wireless!
