Convergent Outsourcing Convergent Recovery Fraudulent unlawful lawsuit Nationwide

This company has continually called both my wife's & my personal & business cell phones.

Several years ago we found that our identities had been stolen by person-persons unknown and obtained a credit cards from multiple companies. We filed police reports with no results, at some point this collection agency purchased the $19,387 debt from other parties.

Multiple times we have requested proof of debt in writing by certified mail. This company sent a letter demanding payment & offered to settle it for $1,938.70 it has never been provided. Since 1-1-2015 they have called 137 times 54 after a cease & desist letter usually from a blocked caller ID.

I called the telephone number listed on the letter sent and asked what mailing address too use for mailing a dispute, police reports & other information. As this letter, unlike previous had 4 mailing addresses. The person who answered was informed we were recording the call, I asked her what address to use she informed me that SC State Law prevented her from telling me any information concerning her company or any addresses. 

I was able to track down an address & sent demand for debt verification.

Also a cease and desist letter was sent in attempt to stop the calls to cellular phones, both personal and business. They attempted to make our credit reports and FICO scores look bad with all 3 reporting agencies, TransUnion, Equifax & Experian. All 3 companies have refused too show this on our reports due to determination of fraudñ
