This company tells me they have taken over a debt from Webbank-Pearl card in the amount of $356.99 and are willing to settle for 10% of this amount. Strange thing is ive never had a Pearl Card or have i ever heard of Webbank. My credit report is clean as well. On the back if the letter they sent me they also write "The law limits how long you be sued on a debt. Because of the age of your debt, we will not sue you for it, and we will not report it to any credit reporting agency" Smells like a Scam to me!
