I CALLED COUNTRY WIDE A FEW DAYS AGO TO FIND OUT WHERE I STAND ON A LOAN MODIFICATION, THEY SAID IT'S IN REVIEW. CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND THEY ARE SAYING IT'S NOT IN REVIEW. THEY SAID THEY HAVE OPTED ME A REPAYMENT PLAN AND I DECLINED THEY NEVER DID THAT. WHY WOULD I DECLINE I WANT TO SAVE MY HOME. THEY SAID THEY ARE GOING TO CHECK ON MY OPTIONS AGAIN, THEY CAME BACK ON THE PHONE AND SAID I AM NOT QUALIFIED FOR NO HELP. HOW COULD THAT BE, WHEN YOU JUST TOLD ME I DECLINE A REPAYMENT PLAN. THEY ALSO SAID THEY DON'T THINK I AM QUALIFIED FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION BECAUSE I MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY WITH A SURPLUS OF $200.00. IS THIS A FREAKING JOKE OR WHAT. THEY SAID I CAN GO APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, WELL IF I MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY HOW CAN I BE QUALIFIED FOR WELFARE. THESE PEOPLE ARE A FREAKING JOKE, FREAKING LIARS AND FULL OF CRAP.
