Cox Cable Takes your money for service they will not take care of Newport News , Hampton ,Virginia

I have been complaining for almost 6 months now to my local cox communication company that I am getting intermittent service. I have seen several individuals go into the cable box and tap into the wiring. I am not a technical person but I know when tools are used by person or persons not affiliated with the company in question they are not supposed to be in there with tools.
The outside cable box has been broken into and my cable spliced to allow these individuals access to cable and internet that I have to pay for.

When I complain to the cable company they tell me they will send someone out but they do not. If i want them to check the connections again in my home as they had done before they will charge me 50.00 to do so. I have told them this is an intermittent problem it comes and goes, which means whomever is doing this is using a spitter in their home and taking my cable and internet service as they please when they get home.

The cox cable company is the only cable company here so whether i get service or not is no skin off their nose. I have to pay $100.00 a month for service I am not getting, when I balked before and refused to pay until it was fixed they shut me off. So i am stuck paying for services I am not getting and no help is being sent to correct or make theproblem go away.
