Cox Communications Cox Cable Charging for services that they disconnected. Refusal to allow me to cancel services. Oaks Pennsylvania

They will not allow me to cancel services when I asked them. They also cut off my services after I paid past-due amount and they keep billing me after they terminated services and they leave phone line on but cut off cable and internet and when they found out we had signed up with AT&T they refused to cancel our services as we requested. They have been lying for months to us. They told us our bill would be under a 150.00 a month and we get the bill it is 320.00 a month. These people are crooks never do business with them.

Of course it does and I paid it and a week later they cut it off and added 100.00 for over data cap as which pushed the bill to a high amount but they quoted me a certain price and then 4 months later it went up by 100 bucks for that and they raised the price of the internet to 119.00, to be honest, it is the same as DSL seriously. They worked the price back down 220 a month so yeah it is a better but guess what I started to love my new provider AT&T better. Taking their equipment back to them and letting everyone know not to deal with cox at all since their dad died the company has gone downhill since his daughters took over the company. Cox Cable used to be a good company but no more.

You do not know me or anything about me so do not get hard with me okay I am not one. Yes they were overbilling and I called yesterday and talked to someone that was super nice and attentive and listened and she said yes they do that bill you in advance I have been with them 5 years and never had a problem until the price goulge um 420. 00 a month is a lot, okay and furthermore you are a piece of crap. I could not be with them for 5 years and not pay bill idiot. Make that a first-class idiot and that's being nice chump. lol lol lol lol lol Get the picture and I called to cancel but the truth is they will fight to keep you a customer all I had to do was say connect with your dept that has bundles etc and worked it down to 220.00 a month that was good for me. But when a custome wants to cancel that means cancel... Oh hows working at cox working out for you bud? Yes, you work for cox.

When YOU don't pay on time, the past due balance doesn't magically disappear. It is rolled over into the next bill. Cancelling the service DOES NOT make the past due balance vanish either. Nothing new here. You don't pay your bills on time!
