Cox Communications Increasing prices every couple of months. I was given a new rate plan a couple of months ago by the Loyalty Dept which would be good for 12 months but here it is a couple of months later and was increased again. This happens consitently. Phoenix Arizona

Back in August 2019 my bill went up and can't afford it becasue every couple of months this happens. So i spoke to the Loyalty Dept after speaking to customer service and referred to them as the only people who could help me.
They were able to offer me a plan where it would include higher internet speed and an additional channel for $93.32 which would not increase for 12 months and this month there was another increase on my bill.
This happens consitently every couple of months and they say there is nothing they can do to help me cause i am at the deepest discount rate.

What EXACTLY made up the difference in cost from one month to the next? If you look at and review both bills you will be able to see the differences..so what were they?

The monthly rate is generally consistent throughout the period they say it will be. HOWEVER...if you fail to make payments on time, the monthly bill you missed or made only a partial payment on rolls over into the next bill along with late charges. I doubt very seriously is any cable company would tell a customer they have a set monthly rate then change it before the period ends.
However, there are tons of cable customers who don't pay on time and when the bill comes in reflecting the rolled over amount with a late charge, they blame the cable company for increasing rates and that's a FACT!
