I bought a Zte phone from Cricket that was marketed as a 4g lte device. Now that AT&T has bought them they will not allow me to keep my phone. With it being marketed as a 4g lte I believed I would be able to still use their services. They say there is nothing that can be done and that I have to get a new phone. If this is not a breach of contract then it is false advertising.
