I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. Cricket USED to be good about refunding their customers. Now, people have to jump through so many hoops for a refund REGARDLESS of its urgency.

I have another additional quick tip for you though. Customers MUST realize that when they purchase a Cricket phone you MUST be able to afford the phone because you do NOT get a "FREE phone" like other wireless companies. If you have EXTRA money, then you should purchase the phone. Do NOT use your food/bill money to purchase a cell phone. Why do I say this? Because I've done it myself and gotten myself into a similar situation like the one you're facing now. If you get a decent amount for your income tax refund, use THAT money to purchase a cell phone since it's EXTRA money other than what you make as income.
