Crystal Vision ripoff Carlesbad California

I Garrett, answered a telephone call from a Sales Rep for Borderbund,,aka Microstar Software of a discount prices which were avialable to me. IF I agreed to try them for a introductory offer I was going to be send a introductory trail offer for $19.95 w/coupon that make the offer free. After getting the initial CD offer. I checked prices against those listed with local dept store. The local store prices were 10% lower than offer by Cyrstal Vision(ShopCV.com). I never went any further with the deal. Two weeks later I recieved an envelope of the actual trial offer.I never went ahead with deal at all. After another 2 weeks had transpired. I observed three deduction from my home bank account. These amounts were $19,95+ $49.94 +$14.95. All deduction were taken separately yet at the same time period. This sent my account into a insuffieient fee status which resulted in charges to my account. I contacted my bank. they sent me to the dispute dept. I emailed Cyrstal Vision.they attempted to tell me that i was out of luck and that it was my fault in the first place. after considerable arguement I demanded my money be received refunded But they refused to pay for insufficient fees. I want to gather together the others members of this site who have fallen victim to file a world class action lawsuit to shut these poeple down and it to be known across the country that pc-business thieves can not get away with credit card theft or utilize any form of deception to make money. And to desroy all our records bearing numbers from anyone from possible hijacking our Identities. if there is a lawyer who is interested i would initiate a class action law suit to stop ALL would be internet thieves Across theentire board of the internet. I for one am extremetly Sick and Tired of this happening
