I recieved a call from a Crystal Vision solicitor, about a buyers membership that was supposed to be a money saving deal.

I was assured that I would save money on my ink cartridges...which I was chiefly interested in...the person that called even went so far as to claim they looked my printers up to be sure they had my cartridges and that I would get a substanial savings...

What a snow job...a crock of crap.

They not only did not have the cartridge for my main printer, the one for my back up printer was more expensive than I had been paying to begin with....
I tried to call both numbers thay provide.....the 800 number goes unanswered, and the 760 area code is a recording...with a long distance charge to boot...

I only wish I had known about Rip Off report beforehand....
I won't buy a glass of water without checking here first in the future...

I e-mailed Crystal Vision with my demand to cancel my account...we'll see if it is done or if I will need to contact my states Attorney General.
