Curtis O Barnes Curtis O. Barnes Asks for "Josh," a person I don't know and has been calling since Summer 2009 Anaheim , California

During the summer of 2009, the calls started coming from "Law C. Barnes" and the person would ask for Josh. When told that 1) I don't know a Josh, you've got the wrong number; and 2) I don't even know a Josh (when the person persisted). Third call, same day (summer 2009), I said, "Do Not Call Here - Again" ... and they continued but with a voice message that says, "If you are not Josh hang up... any information to collect on a debt, etc... "

Law C. Barnes continues to call on and off, still and it is March 2010!

Today, Curtis O Barnes, 866-477-8222 shows up on my caller id, during the day, I answer, the person wants to speak with Josh! I want to scream, but am calm, state he doesn't live here & I don't know a Josh (thinking this must be a prank call, by now... two places of business are calling here asking for the wrong person??).

This evening (8:30 p.m.) - Law C Barnes 714-224-5150 shows up on my caller-id, so I answered on the third ring, and the voice message again asks for Josh.

I just want these calls to stop. Law C Barnes and Curtis O Barnes - same place/person and I want these calls to stop.

Then I read another complaint just now that says this place (rather, places) uses accurint.com ...well, I'm not related nor do I know a Josh, but if my residential phone number is being used (I've had this number for years), I do have cause for concern, I have a criminal order of protection in my favor...  and cannot risk this place/places calling around asking about my phone number, who owns it, where I reside, etc., because they will wind up speaking to the person I hold this OP against.
