It all started 7years ago when a fued began between myself and my ex and his mother.His mother began to start trouble for me through harrassment,false newspaper articles,calling and threatning me with cyf to lose my children using cyf to implement her vengence against me because i stopped being her slave for money,car rides and food. My exs mother had me falsely set up on 2 occasions with family members that through drugs at the floor of my car as i provided tansportation for them,against my wanting,but they begged for months for a ride to where ever both times.Each time i was charged because it was my vehicle.Then they continued to send my charges to school district in which my kids attended,in return bringing cyf into my home over truancy.Two weeks after my son died of a heart attack cyf was knocking on my door.Since then cyf has believed every lie told to them from my ex and his venemous family with no proof,dispite my explaining to them how i was set up.I never knew a person that had been incarcerated,i knew no drug dealers or users,other than my exs family which sells oxycotins and percocets,i was 32 years old with almost attaining my biomedical engineering degre,my kids were well taken care of.Cyf a month after my son died tried to begin the jumping through the hoops they demand from parents for parents to retain custody all the long communicating with my ex in which i had a protection from abuse order against for harrassment etc.. I began losing my housing,5places total,because my ex would send my charges in which he set me up,to my landlords. All these issues were reported all along to cyf. I then started noticing cyf using these charges against me for removal of my kids.I then researched and found that cyf receive enormous bounty checks from the federal govt for court active and foster care placement called title IV D bounty funds.When i realized that cyf and my ex had a common goal against me,one my ex could implement abusd against me through cyf,and two that cyf had the perfect opportunity to remove my kids,make false allegations against me and remove my kids by targeting my old probation officer telling him i dropped off the face of the earth,sending him into a rage which in return he put me in jail for nonreporting to him.I moved to my parents house,it was only one month that she did not speak with me,and i still met with holy family 2times a week which holy family was hired by cyf to keep track of me,never once did holy family tell me my cyf worker wanted me.cyf usely only visits once a month also. I knew at that point a corrupted organization was in my childrens lives.then i learned of court hearing held without my knowledge,court hearing were one sided not allowing me to voice my opinion,an flat out lies and hearsay were used against me. All this happened at a time in my life in which i was still trying to greive over the death of my son.I never abused my kids,i always loved them unconditionally,they always ate good meals,they love me to death and have post trramatic stress syndrom of me dieing and cyf taking them from me,my kidd are in worse condition after cyf implemented their so called family repair asistance. Cyf instead of coming into my home and bringing us together with proper help has come into our home,implemented useless services,and has torn my family down. You will see shortly how not just me but almost every other family experienced thhe same.They recreate falsified documents,add things after we sign and agree to service plans,they shredd evidence to cover their tracks,they target only poor familys. All this across the nation in every single office. Why would people go through so much trouble if they were properly handling their responibilities.This is far from an isolated case.actually its the other way around,more often than not are these cyf workers commiting fraud and falsifying documents,covering their tracks,and unneccessarly ripping homes apart.
