Cylon LLC Complaint of $9.99 charge on my cell phone on 1/26 and I don't have no idea what this is about. Internet

I work for a certain mobile phone company, I will not disclose which one for legal issues. I may just be a grunt but i started noticing this Cylon company adding service to alot of customers without their consent. I looked them up with all of the resources we are provided here, and I could not find anything other than a number and the headquarters location. I agree with you all and you should contact your providers and request that they no longer allow content from Cylon, I spend alot of time refunding money and I had one customer with 15 charges on the same bill.
