Cylon LLC False charges on cell phone bill; phone companies allow this practice! Internet

Well, add me to the list of false charges from Cylon LLC. What you may not know is phone companies allow this practice and state they are "obligated" or "required" to put these charges on your bill and it is up to each and every customer to find and dispute these charges! It would be nice to see a company that was proactive instead of reactive to fradulent charges! Instead, they choose to not ask questions, impose on their customers, and then take hundreds of thousands of phone calls for the fraud, change each and every bill when a customer calls, and look the other way when a customer does not notice the charge and pays the entire bill! So many companies use the law or regulations as an excuse for not providing good customer service! Now it is Cylon but it could be any company at any time and the phone companies essentially help launder the money for them!! When you take the time out of your day to call your cell phone company to get the charges removed, be sure to tell them what a burden it is. Maybe some day companies will step out of the box and help their CUSTOMERS NOT THE FRAUDULENT COMPANIES!!!!
