Cylon Could Also Be M-bill Don't want to make my report interesting just want the charges stopped..Internet

I have been having trouble with foreign charges on my cell phone for the better part of a year. Most of the charges come from a company called m-bill i got the charges stopped for one month and they came right back. Last month I thought I had to problem solved again and This month the charge was named under Cylon. I don't put my number on any websites and i don't have ringtones or wallpapers. I'm wondering if the charges are both from the same company just changing their names but I blame the phone companies for allowing this to go on and not helping to prevent them. your website sucks it hasnt me at all
