We ordered a part for our car. It never came. We did get a credit from our Credit Card Company. They were great about it. They said they were going to take the money from D & J's bank account. Of course, our credit card company will notify D & J of this transaction. I cannot comprehend people sitting in a room taking phone calls from people all over this country and knowingly stealing from all of us. I hate the feeling of being ripped off as I know everyone who experiences the same thing feels. What this company does is wrong and criminal. I truly hope justice finds these men. Has anyone filed criminal charges against these people?
