I ordered a Ford Expedition Engine 5.4L for my truck they told me the engine shipped and it never shipped. The engine shipped a month after I order it and it was the wrong engine. I called several times and they gave me the run around the people are not professional at all. When the engine finally arrived it was damaged and was completey a junk engine. When i called to see if they would refund me my money or exchange the engine they told me nothing was wrong with the engine and I had to send some additional paperwork from my mechanic. I submitted pictures and statement from my mechanic and they contiuned to say they would return my phone call. I eventually had to notify my Bank of the situation.

When this customer ordered the engine first, his credit card was declined. This is the reason why the engine was not delivered on time. When it was shipped, he said it was damaged. However, it was in good condition when it was shipped. We asked him to call the trucking company and file a claim, which he refuse to do. Finall, we refunded his money. We have sold over 10,000 parts since 2000. If anyone wants references, we will be happy to provide telephone numbers. However, for the privercy of our customers, we will not post their numbers online.
