I ordered an engine for a 99 Neon, 2.0 DOHC, they were the only ones that had one. So i bought it, with a 90 day warranty. After calling them i found this out, that they have had a bunch of disputes against them.
I tried to call them and all their numbers have been disconnected, and their website was down.
So saturday when they are to deliver the engine to me, it arrived by truck with a tarp on it, water soaked into the block.
So i took it into the mechainc, and he said this engine is shot, there is 0 compression in all 4 cylinders, and i called Charlie & Jay back and they are not refunding my money, or replacing the engine.
I am not suing, and have contacted my lawyer, since This place doesnt want to be realistic about the situation.
I lost my job due to this, and im out over $1,000 for parts and labor.
