I knew this company was rude before I placed the order, but I fell in love with the dress and ordered it for my wedding anyway. The dress ended up twice the quoted balance. I paid it in full one month before the wedding. I did not receive the dress or any communication regarding status despite four contacts with the company requesting information before the wedding.

Three weeks after the wedding I still had not received a reimbursement or any communication from the company. I sent a final request and received a reply that was ranting, rude, insulting and threatening.

It is hard to imagine how miserable one can be treated by a company until you experience this company. They are abusive to their customers. Their business practice is, to state it precisely, criminal.

Other businesses who try to serve their customers with honesty, reliability and respect will suffer due to the actions of Darius Cordell. I know I will never order another dress on line after such a ridiculous and expensive lesson
