Darius Cordell - RUDE And UNRESPONSIVE How do they stay in business being this rude and insulting? Frisco Texas

I cannot even BELIEVE I stumbled upon this site and found these reports -- I TOO am a victim of these rude, ignorant people.

I ordered a dress in 2004 and sent the money, measurements, etc. as directed. When the dress arrived, I took it to a local dressmaker for a final fitting and she found that in one area a few of the beads had come loose. She asked if I could get here a few beads to fix it.

I contacted Darius Cordell and asked if they could send me some of the beads to repair the dress. They REFUSED and told me that they were not responsible for the issue.

I exchanged a number of rude, insulting emails with them. And, as reported by others, the emails were riddled with typos, grammatical errors and more. These people are clearly uneducated as well as rude.

In hindsight, I realize that their initial emails were also rude -- they would constantly refer me to their bizarre FAQ section of their website everytime I had a question.

Customer service is something they do NOT care about. And once they get your cash - you are persona non grata to them.

I filed a BBB complaint and was unhappy when it seemed to go nowhere. It was certainly never 'resolved' and they sent even more insulting emails as the situation went on.

Ladies - stay away from these people! Clearly they want only our money.

BTW - check out their new "customer comments" section. Laughable.
