Darius Cordell Couture Mother of the Bride nightmare dress. Bad customer service and rude e-mails Frisco Texas

I was measured on April 3, 2007 with a charge of 118.50 for a dress for September 1, 2007. I am the mother of the Bride. I ordered a Bronze dress, no train. On June 22, I received an e-mail with a photo of the dress, green with a train!

I called on Monday, and e-mailed, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, no response at ALL until Saturday. I got this e-mail accusing me of being dramatic and no need to call 5 times. No assurance of the fact that I would have the dress for the wedding. I told them/him to cancel I did not want the dress.

Then the hell began....I had several long e-mails, here is an excerpt:

"You have become quite sad. And your reading comprehension skills seem to extremely poor. It is your rant that has prompted our emails trying to help you get a grasp of reality. And you did not contact us through our website you emailed us. See below. You are clueless if you think otherwise.

And again, read your contract to see that you legally can't cancel your order...regardless of what you now want,....period" Also that any e-mails they would charge!! Read on: "Actually these childish emails you keep sending are only increasing your final balance of which as you know will be placed on your credit report if you do not pay it. BY the way disclosures are not threats. And again just as we have continued to state no "response" was ever needed if you had simply read what was in front of you. It was not that hard.

Honestly at this point we don't care what you do with your dress once you receive it. But regardless of what you feel like or what you childishly want....you will never get any money back ...because of the document you signed. It is sad you cant or wont face that reality." Why would I want to wear a dress on a special day that has this attached to it? He is rude and a thief!!

I wrote a check, thank goodness, for the deposit. He will not get away with this robbery over the internet. I am taking him to Court and I have in no uncertain terms told him that.

He does not make the dresses, they are made in China, I was told that by the person who measured me. He is a con artist and we need to stop this now.

If you want to spoil your wedding day or a special occasion hire him, he will do a great job of ripping you off!! See you in Court Darius!!
