Data Line Credit Corp Harassing Innocent People with false collection accounts.

Data Line credit corp has not only put a false delinquent account on my credit report, but every time I get it removed, they put it back on. It has affected by ability to obtain credit, buy a house, obtain jobs, etc. When I call them to try to negotiate, they call me names, accuse me of being a drug addict, even hang up on me. They refuse to speak with me about my "account" unless I provide them with my current address and phone number so they can start harassing me. If you refuse, they refuse to do anything for you and the name calling begins. I have asked them to fax copies to one of our lenders who was going to pay them off and they said that they would not accept money from them, only from us.... they wanted us to pay for our own debt. It's not even ours!!!!
This company deserves to be out of business. If any one out there has been victimized by these people like I have, contact the West Justice Center and file a civil suit..... we are!
If you want to get together on this, post something. But don't forget to file with the better business bureau, the attorney general, the federal trade commission, and civil law. I have filed with all of them, and I did it all online in less than a day.
