Data-Line dunned me for $690 they said I owed to Wilson Towing. I didn't own the car they towed. I had sold it in 1997. I sent them proof from the DMV but they didn't care. They circled the date the DMV sent me the proof, and sent it back to me saying that was the date of the transfer and that I had owned the car when it was towed. They just couldn't find the real owner, so they dunned me. I had to pay them because I was applying for an equity line of credit. They made me pay them over $900. I want my money back. A DMV employee even tried to help me -- she couldn't get in a word before "Norm" started yelling and interrupting and just being mean and horrible. The same thing happened to me. I would love to get my money back, even if I have to sue them.
