Data Line Credit Corp ripoff placing fradulant information on my credit report refuse to give particulars on the creditor in which they say I owe cursed at me Huntington Beach California

I have been continiously harrassed by a Collection Agency (Data Line Credit Corp. I have made several attempts to receive information on the creditor that I supposedly owe. The letter sent to my home states the creditor is Walter Towing.

I have not been able to locate this company. I have never had a car towed. Mr. Norm Rogers who is apparently an employee of Data Line has completely refused to provide me any details. Calls me dirty names, uses profanity. Never allows me a chance to even speak. Norm accused me of wanting "free money" when I ask how can we resolve this account.

My credit has been ruined because of this. I am desperately trying get some kind of help to have this company investigated. Norm tells me "you have no rights, just pay what you owe." What can I do. Legally, how can this happen. I will be filing a Civil Suit and contacting better business bureau, attorney general and anyone else that will listen.
