Dazzle white and their marvellous tooth whitening gel pen is a complete rip off! Dont be taken in them.

I ordered this product on the understanding $4.95 was the cost of shipping the product. As far as i was aware that was the only shipping cost to pay, the advertisment did not state a different fee for overseas.

$14.90 was taken from my bank account from this company (9.25)

I was also made to believe that my order would reach me within 4 to 5 days.

I placed the order at the very end of june, waited and waited for this order to arrive and finally 24th july it arrived.

I went to my bank the same day to withdraw money but could not as "Dazzle White Rip off company" Had withdrawn $58.76 ( 36.60) from my bank account.I contacted this company via telephone to explain the product had only just been recieved 24th july I had not been given a 14 day trial period and yet the money was still taken from my bank actually taken 2 days before I recived the order.

I was told my 14 day trial was up thats why the money was taken, they could not see any fault by them and after I tryed to explain many times to them I had only just recieved the product they had no right to take any further money from my account they still said no refund would be made to me.

It is an absolute complete rip off!!! My advice is dont bother, I have now cancelled my arrangment with them and I am about to inform my bank about this and hope no other money will be claimed by them.
