Dazzle White dishonest scamers Des Moines Iowa

first i would like to say do not do this "FREE" offer no matter what they are a dishonest company that trys to steal peoples money. i thought oh what a great deal ill try it. the product stunk and didnt even work so in the ad it says that you have 14 days to cancel your account ok you figure you dont like you can cancel and not be charged. not true i called up to cancel and was told i would be charged 55.00$ i was upset and refused that. then i was told if i returned the product back to them by a certain date i would not be charged i sent it over night so i would get the insurence to cover it just in case and be able to track it they recieved it befor the date i was told and still proceeded to charge my account the day i was told it need to be returned by. now i was pissed and called them back to have my account refunded fine they would do it thanks to the tracking # from usps but i would have to wait 5-10 buiss days now in my opinion i shouldnt have to wait that long for money that belongs to me that should have never been charged in the first place they take your money to use for there own stuff while you have to wait i dont have money that i can wait for and think that this is a ridiculous way to treat "customers" they have horrible customer service are trying to rip you off with every chance they get dont listen to them when they say oh were sorry for the incovience there not please for your own sake dont even get involved it is to much of a head ach good luck to aanyone who has done this and is having problems and for everyone else it really isnt woth it at all
