I ordered what I thought was a 14 day trial on a teeth whitening product. When I called them to cancel immediatley, I was told that I would be charged $58.00 for the trial sample that was sent to me. The ad said I would only be charged $1.95 for shipping. When I told the support rep that I was talking to that I was not going to pay for a free trial product and was indeed trying to cancel for any further charges, he then said the product I received was actually a thirty day supply and I was responsible for paying the $58.00. I told him they were running a scam and he said if I sent the product back to them and it reached them in the alloted time frame, they would not charge me the $58.00. I then told him I would send their product back and will be changing my debit card number, so they would not be allowed to rip me off. I did call my bank and had that card cancelled. I hope that will be the end of it. In their ad there is another company called Dentech that is in the scam with Dazzle White. I spoke with them and they assured me nothing further woould be charged on my card, but I don't believe them, so I figured I just needed to prevent them from causing my account to turn into a nightmare with bogus charges. All this hassle over a so called innocent ad on the internet. Buyer Beware. I had to learn the hard way. Never again.

I got the trial and found out that it was going to charge me, AFTER calling the customer support line.
I sent the product back and i was still charged the 58.76.
They received the product back days before charging my account!

I just read the ad, and it does say you will be charged 58$ after the trial period. If you called and they had shipped it already then you DO have to go through the cancellation procedures.
""he said if I sent the product back to them and it reached them in the alloted time frame, they would not charge me the $58.00. ""
That's what they say in the ad, you have to cancel it and ship it back.

Some advice

Just FYI, keep an eye on your new account. Unless you have a statement from your bank stating that the previous account number was cancelled due to suspected fraud and any transaction on that account after xx/xx/xxxx date will be considered fraudulent then your bank will assume any charge to the old account number is valid and simply apply it to your new account.
Had that happen with a credit card years ago.
